Hosting and Appwrite

The application is hosted using Appwrite Sites and uses Appwrite for backend services and authentication.

These service providers may process limited technical information on our behalf when the application is accessed. Such processing may include server, request, authentication, and security logs.

Where personal data is processed for these purposes, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the demo application.

Cookies

The application uses only cookies that are necessary for technical operation, authentication, and security.

For example, when you log in using one of the predefined demonstration accounts, an authentication or session cookie may be stored in your browser so that the application can maintain the login session.

The demo does not use cookies or similar technologies for:

• analytics;
• advertising;
• behavioural profiling;
• marketing; or
• cross-site tracking.

No optional tracking cookies are intentionally used.

Data retention

We do not create visitor profiles or maintain a database of visitors.

Limited technical or security logs may be retained temporarily by our hosting and infrastructure providers as necessary to operate and protect their services. Retention periods are determined by the applicable service configuration and provider policies.
